Can I view your products?
Our product range is available to view at our Brisbane showroom located at 325 Gympie Rd, Kedron.
Built in 1904 and originally a grocery store this humble, charming building is the perfect blank canvas to showcase our beautiful timber tables and Scandinavian homewares.
Open Wednesday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm. We can't wait to welcome you instore!
Are your products available to immediately ship?
Each product is marked as In stock or Out of Stock. All products in stock are available for immediate dispatch.

Can I collect my Purchases from your Store?
You can collect the majority of our products from our Kedron store. Our Slab Dining and Bar Tables are the exception as they require specialist handling.
If purchasing online, simply select ‘Pick-Up’ in the checkout page. We will contact you through text or call to let you know once your goods are ready for collection.
Do you ship around Australia?
For the majority of our range, our Road Express Courier will delivery nation wide. They have a number of Depots around Australia in both Capital and Regional Centres. In addition they operate an extensive agency of couriers across all Australian postcodes.

What is the Premium Delivery Service?
Due to their size and weight all Dane Craft Dining and Bar Tables are required to be delivered via our Premium Delivery Service (this is also available for any other items). The service includes a two man delivery, full assembly and removal of all packaging materials.
Premium Delivery is only available to areas within the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions; prices start at $195 for Brisbane and $295 for central Gold and Sunshine Coasts but the cost will depend on exact location and items to be delivered. Individual quotes are requested once all information is provided.
Goods will be taken upstairs/in lifts but any specific access information should be provided at the time of requesting a quote to ensure there are no unforeseen issues on the day.
The service requires pre-booking, usually 1 weeks notice is sufficient, but only on specific days as per the schedule below, currently as follows although it may be subject to change:
- > Greater Brisbane: Thursdays
- > Gold Coast: Tuesdays
- > Sunshine Coast: Wednesdays
Although specific time frames cannot be requested the driver will call ahead of the delivery day to advise a time and can also call prior to arrival.
Where is your warehouse located? Can I visit it?
We are a Brisbane based business, our warehouse is located in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. Due to Work Safe requirements it is not open to the Public
What’s your Return Policy?
We accept returns within seven (7) days for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Shipping fees incurred in dispatching and returning the goods to our warehouse are non-refundable.
