We understand that sometimes you may simply change your mind, or an item/s does not quite work in your space as you had hoped. Because of this we accept change of mind returns within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.

It's simple to initiate a return, just call or use the Contact Form to reach us with your request. 


Hold on to the Packaging

Please ensure you retain all soft packaging and box/s for the item/s you wish to return. You will receive a phone call from our customer service team within 24 - 48hrs of your return request with a quote for the return shipping, any associated admin fees, and the steps to follow to ensure a safe and easy return. 


Return the Goods Unused and Unassembled

Please ensure the goods returned are unused and unassembled. Repackage the item/s being returned as per its originally received condition. An image of the packaged item/s may be requested by our customer service team before the return courier is booked. For the return of a heavy or bulky item/s the goods will need to be strapped onto the original pallet. Where a pallet was removed before delivery, you will be required to source a pallet or pay an additional fee. Change of mind returns for items delivered with our premium service can only be returned via our premium service, and a quote will be supplied before a booking is made. 


Refund processed upon Return

Once your goods are returned and inspected at our warehouse, our Accounts team will process your refund minus any associated fees and charges via your original payment method.  We endeavour to process all refunds within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item/s.
